At PCTC, we provide our clients with structural engineering design and consultation for construction projects throughout the Bay Area. Our office specializes in single-family and multi-family residential construction projects such as new homes, additions, and remodels. We have intentionally kept our firm small in order to offer our clients personal and direct communication with their design engineer. Paul and Tim have over 25 years of combined experience in residential design. Through our personal commitment to each project, we hope to provide each client with a high level of service in a timely manner. |
